An IOP is a structured treatment program that provides therapy and support for individuals with substance use and/or mental health challenges. It allows clients to receive high-level care while continuing to live in a non-residential setting and either maintain or learn how to build back responsibilities like work, school or family.
Oasis Treatment offers personalized, whole-person care with five individual sessions a week, certified mental health groups, a family program, aftercare planning, and more. We also provide support for outside appointments and insurance-covered luxury housing to fully support each client’s recovery journey.
No! Housing is included in your treatment at Oasis.
Yes! Each week you will have one individual session with your substance use counselor, your mental health therapist, your certified peer support mentor, your PMHNP and your addictions MD.
We do! In addition to offering individual sessions for family members, we host a supportive and informative family night that provides education on addiction, mental health and the importance of family connection.
There’s no single answer, but if your substance use or mental health symptoms are affecting your daily life, or if loved ones have noticed changes in you, these may be signs that seeking treatment could be a positive step.
You can begin by calling our 24-hour admissions line, and we will take care of the rest!
Showing compassion, listening without judgment and offering support can make a big difference. Sometimes simply knowing someone is there when they’re ready is the best help you can give.
Our program ranges anywhere from 30 days to 6 months, although in a general sense, we follow a 12-week curriculum. We understand that there are circumstances in which a longer or shorter treatment time may be required.
Treatment isn’t a magic fix, but in general, the longer you stay, the greater your chances of success in recovery. Long-term success depends on many factors, and while treatment can give you the tools and support you need, it ultimately comes down to how you apply them.
Each day at Oasis starts at 7:30 a.m. with a supportive check-in, followed by groups on mental health, substance use counseling, and life skills, with breakfast and lunch provided. Afternoons include additional groups and meditation, with weekly community outings on Thursdays. Clients then return home to continue their recovery through assignments or support meetings.
If you need detox first, we’ll help arrange it and ensure a smooth transition into our program so you can focus on recovery.
We understand how important it is to have family and close friends involved, and we fully support it. As long as you and they are comfortable, we encourage their participation in your treatment.
We allow smoking at our designated smoking areas.
We do not allow pets in our sober housing at this time.
Of course! We have a two-week blackout period at the start of your stay. After that, you can have visitors during visiting hours and leave with a friend or sober support, as long as you’re back by curfew.
We allow patients to bring up to two large suitcases of belongings.
Yes! You are able to have full access to your phone, outside of group time!
You’re not just entering treatment. You’re reclaiming your life. Do it with a team who sees you — fully.
